How long are ON discount coupons valid for?

*The cashback discount system ON is discontinued on March 1st. The accumulated discounts can be used within the validity period specified in the app and after March 1st.*

Issued discount coupons are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The exact date of validity of the discount coupon is indicated in “CityBee ON” section in CityBee application.

I was supposed to move up to a higher ON level in March – what should I do?

We understand that the accumulation discount system ON has become a part of your journeys, and we are delighted about that. However, February 29th of this year is the last day of ON operation. There won’t be a level recalculation in March, but all the accumulated coupons can still be used as usual – within three months from the day of receiving them. We believe that the soon-to-be-introduced value proposition will bring you as much joy and allow you to travel with CityBee even more frequently!

In addition to Tallinn city center and downtown parking zones you are allowed to park and end the trip in the following private parking areas which are in the CityBee zone:

Europark: You are allowed to park and end the trip in all open Europark parking lots (except parking houses and parking lots with gates) in Tallinn, which are included in CityBee zones.

When parking you are obligated to follow parking requirements and traffic rules. Client is responsible paying for parking in parking lots that are not listed above.

You are not allowed to park or end the trip in the areas of apartment associations and special permits, even if there is a green CityBee parking zone.

Parking fines issued during the reservation and/or after the reservation are disputed with the data of the person responsible for the company organizing the parking. If this is not possible, CityBee pays the parking fine and reissues the fine to the responsible person.

How long does it take to register?

How do I turn on the engine (In Lithuania only)?

Do you need to pay for the fuel?

When using CityBee, you do not need to pay for the fuel – you will pay only for the time used and for kilometers driven.

When the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity, go to any Circle-K gas station in Lithuania and fuel the bee. Fill a full fuel tank and pay with the gas stations’ card which you will find in the CityBee car at the sun visor on the top of the driver’s side.

You will find the payment card PIN code in the CityBee app after opening your active reservation. You will find stickers indicating the type of fuel for a car on the sun visor and the fuel tank cover (both inside and outside).

Vans and zones thereof

You can pick up the selected van only from the CityBee van areas, and you can complete the trip and leave the car in any permitted CityBee van area, in any city with a CityBee van area. It is not necessary to return the car to the same parking lot you picked it up from.

If you don’t have an active reservation yet -> to view the van parking areas in the application, click on the filter icon -> choose vans -> choose the van you want from the available ones and click on it.

If you already have an active reservation -> all van zones can be seen in the CityBee application on the map.

If you are planning a trip outside the territory of Riga, please check whether a CityBee van parking zone is available in your chosen city and pay attention to the fact that it is possible to park a van in the yellow parking zones for an additional fee, which may be different in each yellow zone.

The yellow zones are available so that the van can also be parked outside the territory of Riga.
