Drive and collect your discount!

At the beginning of every month, you will be informed about the ON level assigned to you in the CityBee application. Also, information about your current ON level can always be checked in the “CityBee ON” section in the CityBee application, which you can find by pressing “Menu”.

The ON level is calculated excluding other discounts granted to you.
For example, if the final price of your trip is 55 EUR, but you paid 50 EUR because you had a 5 EUR discount, only the 50 EUR will be included in the ON level calculation.

The level does not change during the current month – it recalculates on the first day of each calendar month. For example, in December, you are in the ON1 level, and you are entitled to a 3% discount, but, in the last three months, including December, you had spent 250 EUR on CityBee mobility services, so on the 1st of January, you will be assigned to the ON2 level, and during January you will get a 5% discount. Other discounts may apply during promotions.

Discount coupons are given to you after each trip. Discount coupons and their expiration dates can be found in the CityBee application, in the “Menu” section, in the “CityBee ON” section which is at the very top. Discount coupons are arranged by their expiration date, with the most likely to expire at the top.

If you wish to use your ON discount coupons, you must activate them before starting your trip, i.e., before reserving the vehicle for your trip. You can activate your coupons in the CityBee application, in the “Menu” section by pressing on the “CityBee ON” section and by selecting “Auto-apply”.
If you activate your discount coupons while having an active reservation, i.e., after reserving the vehicle or during a trip, the discount coupon will only be applied to your next trip.
You cannot use ON discount coupons to pay for your previous trips or to purchase a gift coupon.

Yes, of course.

It is not possible to transfer collected discount coupons to another CityBee user. Also, you cannot transfer collected coupons to your other accounts, for example, your company account or your Latvian / Estonian CityBee account.

The discount coupons are not exchangeable for money.

You can check whether the discount coupon(s) was applied for payment of your trip in the CityBee application by selecting “Menu”; “Trip history”; selecting a specific trip; “Get receipt”.

The invoice includes the actual paid amount, so the amount paid with discount coupons will not be reflected in the invoice. You will receive an invoice as usual – once every two weeks.
