If you want to use the car for longer than travelling from point A to point B, lock the car with a key at intermediate stops and take the keys with you. Do not mark the trip as complete in the app. If needed, you can continue your trip using the same car at any time. Only mark the trip as complete in the app when you no longer wish to use the car. Please note that if you lock the car with the key, if it has not been used for some time, but you have not completed the reservation via the app, the price of the travel time will continue to be calculated.
Yes! You can travel with CityBee cars to other EU countries (where CityBee cars are insured). Just first of all you need to contact our team and get our permission :).

No, driver’s license confirmation is required only to use a car sharing service.
There is no registration or account creation fee – you pay for the time of using the vehicle and kilometres; there is also a Trip start fee applicable for each of your trips. Detailed information on prices is available on the “Pricing” page, and additional fees and penalties are set out below in this Pricelist.
We strongly urge you to use CityBee cars responsibly and leave them in good order. However, if you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the agreement or use of the services, additional fees may apply.

The Terms discuss fines and conditions, principles and procedure of imposing them, whereas specific types of fines and their specific amounts are indicated in the Pricelist, which can be periodically updated. In any case, the User must get familiar with the Pricelist in the App, applicable to each reservation and currently valid before they confirm each reservation.
Heavy vehicles such as Fiat Ducato and VW Crafter are subjected to a particular Road User Charge when driving at primary roads A1 – A18 in Lithuania. The person driving the vehicles must have a fact of payment: paper or electronic vignette.

Additional fees in Lithuania:
leaving a vehicle in the airport fee – 2 EUR;
vehicle pick up from the airport fee – 2 EUR;
leaving a vehicle in another country (CityBee zone) fee – 59 EUR;
the administration fee for road traffic violations – 10 EUR;
re-invoicing fee – 5 EUR;
fee for administration of things left behind in the vehicle – 5 EUR;
trip start fee 0,5 EUR.
For cases provided in CityBee Terms of use you will need to compensate the fees related to the caused damage or your debt.
Fines:
leaving the vehicle (finishing your trip) outside of the CityBee parking zone in Lithuania – 300 EUR;
leaving the vehicle (finishing your trip) outside of the CityBee parking zone in other countries – 300 EUR. (You must compensate all the Vehicle transportation and other additional costs incurred by the Company. Terms);
loss of keys – 100 EUR (You must compensate all key acquisition (production) and programming costs. Terms);
obligatory car washing (without chemical washing) – 60 EUR;
obligatory car washing (with chemical washing) – 100 EUR;
damaged, not repairable tire – 110 EUR;
smoking inside the car – 70 EUR;
fuel misappropriation and improper use of fuel card – 300 EUR. (You must compensate damages suffered by the Company in connection with preclusion, prevention, identification, administration of such events, also must compensate for the full value of the misappropriated fuel in addition);
dangerous, reckless or careless driving – 300 EUR;
driving under the influence of alcohol (above 0.00 per mille), narcotic substances and other substances affecting mental state (or when the User consumed alcohol or used other intoxicating substances after the traffic accident before its circumstances were established, or avoided undergoing a blood alcohol or intoxication test (for the purposes of these Terms, blood alcohol content or intoxication shall be understood as defined in legal acts) – 2000 EUR;
false request to the bank that issued the payment card to chargeback the funds debited from the payment card – 50 EUR;
leaving the car (finishing the trip) in a condition where it can no longer continue the trip (not enough fuel in the tank to get to the nearest gas station) – 70 EUR.
In those cases when a traffic accident resulted in damage to the Vehicle or other damage to the Company, and the User is at fault for such a traffic accident, the User shall compensate the Company for the amount of damages, caused by such a traffic accident, not in excess of 500 EUR and shall not have to compensate the Company for any additional damages in case of such an accident (Terms).
The Company shall automatically debit the amount of the fine and/or additional fees indicated in the Pricelist to the Payment Account. They money shall be debited to the Payment Account immediately after a breach is identified, properly recorded and notified to the User in advance (via the App or otherwise).
Additional fees in Latvia and Estonia
Parking:
Leaving a vehicle in another country fee – 59 EUR;
Leaving a vehicle in the airport fee – 2 EUR;
Vehicle pick up from the airport fee – 2 EUR;
Penalty for leaving vehicle outside of the permitted area (if the rental fee has not been paid) – 60 EUR;
Penalty for loss of key – 300 EUR.
Prevent a car from damage and keep it clean and in good order:
Obligatory car washing (without chemical washing) – 30 EUR;
Obligatory car washing (with chemical washing) – 100 EUR;
The amount of your compensable losses if you have caused the accident is up to 500 EUR. The condition limiting your civil liability does not apply in the cases specified and described in the Vehicle, Property Operating Conditions and Liability section of the Terms of use;
Do not smoke inside the car:
A fine for smoking inside the car – 50 EUR.
Use a given fuel card for CityBee cars only:
A fine for stealing fuel – 300 EUR.
Please observe road traffic rules and driving etiquette when driving:
The administration fee for road traffic violations – 5 EUR;
A fine for dangerous or careless driving – 300 EUR;
A fine for driving while intoxicated, under the influence of psychoactive or other narcotic substances – 2000 EUR.
After the trip, put the bike back to its stop:
A fine for stealing a bike – 500 EUR.

Taxi is compensated up to 5 EUR;
Re-invoicing 5 EUR;
Trip start fee 0,5 EUR.
In the event of a traffic accident, follow the valid road traffic regulations of the country where the accident happened. If the accident is not complicated, there are no more than two cars involved and there are no casualties, a sketch of the accident is drawn and an accident statement is filled out, which You will find in the storage compartment. If parties disagree about the fault of the participants in the event, the police are called.
Each accident statement should include the causer of the accident and the victim. In the sketch, it is necessary to specify how many vehicles and which of those vehicles encountered in the accident.
ATTENTION!
When filling out the accident statement, keep in mind that both participants need to specify their contacts, each take a copy of the declaration and sign it (the victim signs only in box 15). Do not forget to fill out the circumstances field (12), it is mandatory.

CHARGE or MOVE:
• If You are planning to complete the trip at the charging station (marked with a road sign „Elektromobilio įkrovimo vieta“), it is mandatory to connect the car to the charging station and initiate the charging process, because not doing it may cause a fine based on road traffic regulations.
• You can also park the electric car somewhere around the charging station without charging it. This way You won’t forbid clients charge their cars as well as avoid the risk of getting a fine under Article 417 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. 2 d.
