Trip start fee of 0,5€ is included in the price calculation.
Cashback will be applied automatically to your future trip, so you won’t need to do any additional steps. You can check whether the CashBack has been applied to the trip in the CityBee app by pressing Meniu -> Trip history -> Select the trip. For your information, the cashback will not be reflected in the invoice.
The driver may ask fellow passengers to cover part of the travel expenses. Reimbursement of travel expenses is based on an agreement between the driver and fellow passengers.
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (BDAR) and other legal requirements.
In order to provide you with services and administer them, we process your name, contact details, other data required for the use and provision of the services. The CityBee Privacy Policy provides detailed information on the purpose of processing your personal data and the duration of storage thereof.
You can submit your request for the exercise of your rights (as far as your Account is concerned) to us in the following ways:
submitting a request at e-mail info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, from email that is registered in your CityBee account that you want to delete;
submitting a request by e-mail at info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, signed with qualified e-signature (e.g. by use of Smart-ID or M-signature);
In the CityBee app, by selecting Menu -> My profile -> Delete my account.
First, check the virtual wallet in the CityBee app. You can find it by selecting Menu -> Virtual Wallet. If the CashBack is not in the wallet, please contact us in the help section of the app or by email at info@citybee.
The fuel is refilled at any Circle K gas station (you have to pay for the fuel with the CityBee fuel card found inside the car)!
After selecting the BeePool icon, press “Create trip” and fill in all the necessary information: the starting point and destination of the trip, the departure time, the price per person and the number of available seats in the car. You can also add an additional comment about your travel expectations or other important information. When you’re done entering information, click „Create“.
The only thing remaining to do is to wait for the seats in the vehicle requests from fellow passengers. Do not delay to approve the requests you receive.
In this case, you must sign a contract with each country where you would like to open a CityBee business account.
