During long-term reservation (trip package), the sum is charged before the start of the trip and if additional time and/or km is required after the prepayment package ends, the sum for the actual accumulated amount will be deducted during or at the end of the trip.
The money will be deducted from your selected card. If you have money in your CityBee wallet or have accumulated credit, for example for refueling, the funds will be deducted from this amount first. If the amount cannot be deducted, we will ask you to pay it or leave the car.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent in order to conclude, execute, and administer the agreement concluded with you, to comply with the requirements of legal acts, and for the legitimate interest.

Lithuania:
Make sure the car is unlocked.
Open Charger socket cover on the car which is next to the driver’s door (in the case of the VW e-Crafter electric van) or behind the rear door (in the case of light electric vehicles). If the cover does not open, click “Unlock” on the car key.
In case of charging the vehicle at the “IgnitisON” or “ElintaCharge” fast charging station:
Use the right-most charging wire (“Type 2”) that is already connected to the charging station.
Attention: Wire configurations may vary in some charging stations, so you can only find a Type 2 or “CCS” type wire.
Take the car keys and find the charging token attached (there are two tokens: one for “IgnitisON” and one for “ElintaCharge”).
Approach the charging station and scan the charging token.
Choose the charging slot (“Pasirinkite jungtÄŻ”) by pressing a button next to the shown option.
Press the button “PradÄti” to start charging.
In case of charging the vehicle at a 2-slot “ElintaCharge” station:
Take the charging wire from under the middle seat of a CityBee car:
âą In the case of the VW e-Crafter electric van – under the front center seat.
âą In the case of a passenger car – to the spare wheel space in the trunk.
2. Put one side of the charger wire in the car electric socket and another side into the charging station.
3. Scan the RFID token with “ElintaCharge” written on it.
4. The word “Charging” should start lightning, which means the vehicle is being charged.
Check the car’s charging socket (the green light should be lightning; if there is an orange light or no light at all, it means that the car is not being charged) and the information screen behind the steering wheel (it should indicate that the car is being charged with an indicated time left until fully charged).
Estonia:
Make sure the car is unlocked
Open the charger socket cover, which is located behind the rear door. If the cover does not open, click “Unlock” on the car key.
Charging the vehicle in ‘Eleport’ charging station:
Take the ‘Eleport’ charging card from the sun visor and tap it on the screen
Select either ‘CCS’ or ‘Type 2’ charging option and connect it to the car
Press ”start charging” to start the charging process
To make sure the car is charging, check the charging port to see, if there is a green light.
If you want to use the car for longer than travelling from point A to point B, lock the car with a key at intermediate stops and take the keys with you. Do not mark the trip as complete in the app. If needed, you can continue your trip using the same car at any time. Only mark the trip as complete in the app when you no longer wish to use the car. Please note that if you lock the car with the key, if it has not been used for some time, but you have not completed the reservation via the app, the price of the travel time will continue to be calculated.
CityBee users do not need to purchase a JĆ«rmala entry pass.

The washing service is used on the basis of the car’s registration number, which is identified by the number recognition system in Jazz Pesulad.
To enter the car wash you need to wait operators signal.

The Night Reservation package lets you reserve a car in the evening, and it will be waiting for you until the morning â perfect if you need a car early the next day or just want peace of mind.
The package is available from Sunday to Thursday, and can only be purchased between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Youâll still see the package in the app during the day, but it will not be available for purchase outside of these hours.
âIf you already have an active reservation, you will still be able to purchase this package.
You can purchase only one Night Reservation package at a time.
To make sure you donât miss it, you can set a reminder in the app â youâll receive a push notification as soon as the Night package becomes available.
Hereâs how it works:
Choose any car between 9 PM and 11 PM and select the Night Reservation package for just âŹ4.99.
The car will be reserved for you overnight.
If youâre not planning to drive right away, you can come to the car when it suits you. Reservation will extend automatically.
During the 9-hour night reservation, you only pay for the kilometers driven â no minute charges apply.
After the 9 hours, regular minute and kilometer rates will apply
