In case the reservation is finished in another country, the additional €79 will be applied to your trip price, as per standard Citybee pricing. The fee covers the costs of returning the car to the country from which the reservation was started.
Of course! Discount coupons are given to you after each trip, but you can use them any time while they are still valid. You can find all the issued discount coupons in your “CityBee ON” section. If you wish to collect the discount coupons – select “Collect” (you can find it in the CityBee application, by pressing “Menu” and selecting the “Citybee ON” section). Do not forget that every discount coupon is only valid for three months!
If you wish to use the collected discount coupons, select “Auto-apply”.
CityBee cars are new and in good technical condition. However, if your car does not start or breaks down (if you hear a strange sound, a red indicator lights on the dashboard or there are other signs of breakdown), please contact us by phone:

Our task is to provide the services you need as soon as possible and smoothly so that any breakdown on the road will cause the least inconvenience and you will be able to continue your trip as soon as possible. No matter where in the city you are, we will quickly make conditions to continue your trip and you will get a compensation.
If you have signed a contract with CityBee, an invoice is issued once a month, at the beginning of the each month. The invoice is sent to the email address you provide to us. Also, all invoices can be viewed by the account administrator appointed by the company, when logged in to the CityBee self-service center.
If you have added a company card with company details to your personal account, invoices will be issued twice a month and sent to the email specified in your CityBee account. For days 1–15 of the current month, the invoice will be issued and sent by the 16th of the current month, and for days 16–31 of the current month, the invoice will be issued and sent by the 1st of the following month.
You can submit your request for the exercise of your rights (as far as your Account is concerned) to us in the following ways:
submitting a request at e-mail info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, from email that is registered in your CityBee account that you want to delete;
submitting a request by e-mail at info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, signed with qualified e-signature (e.g. by use of Smart-ID or M-signature);
In the CityBee app, by selecting Menu -> My profile -> Delete my account.

From now on, when traveling with CityBee, 7% of the total price of the trip will be returned to your virtual wallet. Discounts will be given on all new trips from 09/23/2022. The validity period of the added discount is 3 months.
I.e. If your total trip price is 10 EUR, you will get back 0.7 EUR to your CityBee wallet.
The company reserves the right to change the conditions of the offer.
