Signing up for CityBee is free. And no membership fees are applied. You only pay for the time you use the car and the traveled kilometers. After signing up and successfully linking the payment card, we authorize the payment card – 1 EUR is reserved in your bank account, which will be returned to the account after successful authorization (reservation) confirmation. The term for the return of the reserved amount to the payment card depends on the terms and conditions of the bank’s card services.

Even after the termination of our contract, the General Data Protection Regulation (BDAR) gives us the right, while other legislation obliges us to keep information about the contract and its performance. Therefore, we will store your personal data from 3 months to 10 years after the termination of the contract.

Yes, bikes can be used by people of all ages who have a personal CityBee account.
To use bikes, you just need to download the app CityBee on your smart Android or iOS telephone. When registering for bike service, just enter your personal data and link a payment card.
If you forgot your personal belongings in a CityBee car, please contact us immediately and we will try to find and return them as soon as possible.

You can pick up the selected van only from the CityBee van areas, and you can complete the trip and leave the car in any permitted CityBee van area, in any city with a CityBee van area. It is not necessary to return the car to the same parking lot you picked it up from. You can see van zones by selecting the van icon in the app at the top of the map.
Yes, you can. Please note that in this case you will only be able to book and use CityBee services that do not require a valid driver’s license (e.g., you can rent a bicycle or scooter). The CityBee Privacy Policy provides detailed information on the purpose of processing your personal data and the duration of storage thereof.
