Aleksandrs Busarovs has taken over the leadership of CityBee and MyBee in Latvia. CityBee is one of the leading providers of car-sharing services in the country, while MyBee offers car subscription solutions, which are becoming increasingly popular among local customers. The companies plan to continue their significant growth in Latvia.

The car-sharing and subscription business segments are experiencing rapid growth, and companies working in this segment are required to implement the most efficient solutions possible for the ongoing work, but also to look for new and distinctive ideas to properly respond to the growing needs of the customers. Such a business environment requires leaders with agile thinking, experience, and a results-oriented approach. CityBee and MyBee have found a suitable company manager – Aleksandrs Busarovs.

Aleksandrs Busarovs is a technology sector professional with over fifteen years of experience in operational improvements and management. His contributions in previous work have focused on increasing efficiency and value during periods of active growth for companies.

“I am happy to join the CityBee and MyBee teams during this dynamic phase of brand development. Our goal is to continue innovating in the mobility sector, providing our customers with convenient and sustainable solutions that meet the pace of modern urban life,” says A. Busarovs.

Before joining CityBee and MyBee, A. Busarovs previously held the position of Director of Operations at British advertising technology company Bidstack Group, where he was responsible for leading teams, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with various legal and regulatory standards. Earlier, he worked for several years at Latvia’s national airline, airBaltic, overseeing the business processes.

Busarovs holds a Master of Science degree from Riga Technical University, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
