3 Baltic States
And more than 10 cities including Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn!
When using CityBee, you do not need to pay for the fuel – you will pay only for the time used and for kilometers driven.
When the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity, go to any Circle-K gas station in Lithuania and fuel the bee. Fill a full fuel tank and pay with the gas stations’ card which you will find in the CityBee car at the sun visor on the top of the driver’s side.
You will find the payment card PIN code in the CityBee app after opening your active reservation. You will find stickers indicating the type of fuel for a car on the sun visor and the fuel tank cover (both inside and outside).
When you refill a bee with a fuel level less than 25% volume of the tank capacity, a 2 EUR discount will be added to your account for future trips.
ATTENTION! Discount for refueling the car is applied only when the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity and you fill a full tank. The discount is given just once during your trip.
How to refuel: https://intercom.help/citybee/en/articles/4890184-do-you-need-to-pay-for-the-fuel.
A minimum fee will still be charged if the trip is less than it. Discounts will be applied after that.
Thank you for taking care of our bee!
CityBee cars can be used to travel within the European Union (or where CityBee car insurance is valid). However, you need to get our prior permission first.
The permission request must be sent to the general email addresses:
You can contact the LT team via info@citybee.lt;
You can contact the LV team via info@citybee.lv;
You can contact the EE team via info@citybee.ee.
Before deciding whether to allow to transport CityBee car outside of LT, LV or EE, we will assess our technical and organisational capabilities and your history of using CityBee services.
Please note that you can drive to Latvia and Estonia without the permission, but if you leave the car in one of these countries (in a zone marked in the CityBee app), there is an additional charge of 79EUR. The charge is applicable regardless of the registration number of the car.
In the event that you have spent your personal funds, for example, to refuel the CityBee vehicle or have purchased window fluid, CityBee will return them to you if you perform the following actions:
Write to info@citybee.lv
Send a photo with a receipt from a gas station
Briefly explain the reason why you had to use your own funds
Fill out the refund form and send it back
CityBee will return the funds to your personal account within a week.
Important:
Currently, CityBee does not have the option to return the spent funds by adding them to your CityBee profile, but only to your personal bank account.
Please note that the bank account to which the funds are to be returned must match the name of the CityBee profile owner to whom the reservation was made.
