In which paid CityBee zones can I park in?

In addition to Tallinn city center and downtown parking zones you are allowed to park and end the trip in the following private parking areas which are in the CityBee zone:

Europark: You are allowed to park and end the trip in all open Europark parking lots (except parking houses and parking lots with gates) in Tallinn, which are included in CityBee zones.

When parking you are obligated to follow parking requirements and traffic rules. Client is responsible paying for parking in parking lots that are not listed above.

You are not allowed to park or end the trip in the areas of apartment associations and special permits, even if there is a green CityBee parking zone.

Parking fines issued during the reservation and/or after the reservation are disputed with the data of the person responsible for the company organizing the parking. If this is not possible, CityBee pays the parking fine and reissues the fine to the responsible person.

Why is the service labeled as BETA?

The CityBee subscription is a test service. We are constantly looking for new ways to help our customers travel more affordably and conveniently. In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated. Charging duration

Please note that this service is provided in Lithuania and Estonia.

Depending on the model and the charging station type, the time varies:

Fast charging stations (50+kW) – 0-80% in 45 min (VW e-Crafter, Fiat 500E) or 1h 10 min (Peugeot e-2008);
AC charging stations (11 kW) – 0-80% in 3.5h (VW e-Crafter, Fiat 500E) or 4.5h (Peugeot e-2008);
Home charging from domestic electric 220V socket – 0-80% in 14h (VW e-Crafter) or 20h (Peugeot e-2008, Fiat 500E).

Dirty car during a long-term reservation

In Lithuania

If the car gets dirty during a long-term rental in Lithuania, we offer several options:

Go to the PRO BRO tunnel car wash and wash your car for free;

In Latvia

If the car gets dirty during a long-term rental in Latvia, please contact us by calling +371 27265460 and we will provide you further details.

In Estonia

Does the fee cover tow truck costs?

BeeChill fee covers towing costs if the vehicle needs to be towed due to an accident—just make sure to inform us right away, and we’ll handle the rest.

However, the BeeChill fee does not cover towing costs in the following situations:

Running out of charge: If you discharge the EV battery, towing costs won’t be covered, as it’s your responsibility to ensure the vehicle has enough charge, just like with fuel in traditional cars.

Parking violations: If the vehicle is towed because of a traffic violation, such as parking in a restricted area, the fee will not cover the costs and you’ll be responsible for the towing charges.

In these cases, it’s important to follow traffic rules and keep an eye on the vehicle’s battery or fuel level to avoid extra costs. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Service or Pricelist.

CityBee cars are new and in good technical condition. However, if your car does not start or breaks down (if you hear a strange sound, a red indicator lights on the dashboard or there are other signs of breakdown), please contact us by phone:
