You will receive an email notification after each trip made with your CityBee subscription plan, informing you of the plan’s expiration date. You can also check the expiration date in the CityBee app under the ‘Subscription’ section.
The CityBee subscription is a test service. We are constantly looking for new ways to help our customers travel more affordably and conveniently. In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated. CityBee reserves the right to change the terms of the CityBee subscription at any time.
The CityBee subscription plan does not automatically renew when it expires. However, if needed, you can purchase a new plan to continue your subscription.
During your CityBee subscription period, you can choose between using a subscription plan trip or purchasing a pre-paid trip package for a longer route at the start of each trip. The pay-as-you-go pricing will automatically apply only if you exceed the allocated kilometers and/or minutes for the subscription plan or the additionally purchased package.
The CityBee subscription is only available to private customers. Invoices for the CityBee subscription cannot be issued in the name of a legal entity.
The CityBee subscription is a monthly trip plan that allows you to travel much more affordably than with the pay-as-you-go pricing and offers exclusive benefits for subscribers. When you purchase a subscription plan for a fixed price, you’ll receive a set number of trips. Each trip includes a predetermined number of kilometers and minutes, as well as the trip start fee and minimum trip cost. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to use your trips.
Regardless of the number of trips, the CityBee monthly subscription plan also includes the following benefits:
free parking in the CityBee yellow zone;
‘BeeChill’ fee included in the price.
The subscription is ideal for anyone who regularly takes shorter trips (up to 5 km and 15 minutes) in the city with CityBee. Whether it’s just a few times or several trips a month, choose a subscription plan that fits your travel needs, save money, and enjoy additional benefits. However, if you typically take longer trips, we recommend selecting from a variety of trip packages that offer more cost-effective options for longer routes.
If you refuel at a station other than Circle K, we’ll refund the cost of the fuel. To request a refund, make sure to save the receipt and follow the process described here.
Please note that we cannot process receipts older than 3 months.
