To change the CityBee self-service password, click on “I forgot/want to change my password” on the website . Once you’ve done that, enter your email address linked with your CityBee account in the box that appears. An email will be sent to your inbox with instructions explaining how to change your password.

BeeChill fee can cover accidental interior damage, as long as the damage wasn’t intentional, and you inform us about the incident right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.
However, the BeeChill fee does not cover the damages caused by things like smoking, excessive trash, or spills that require dry cleaning. For these situations, a cleaning fee will apply. For more details, please check our Pricelist.
Smoking is prohibited in CityBee cars. A fine for smoking in a car is €70.
The CityBee subscription is a test service. We are constantly looking for new ways to help our customers travel more affordably and conveniently. In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. When the new live chat conversation will be opened, select the arrow to go back ( < ) at the top left of the page.
Select ,,See previous” and You will see all Your previous conversations in the live chat.

Every single CityBee electric vehicle has a different mileage which also heavily depends on the current season (i.e. the mileage is increased when the temperature is +15°C rather than when it’s -10°C):
Volkswagen e-Crafter: warm Summer – 130 km, cold winter – <85 km;
Peugeot e-2008: warm summer in the city ~300 km, out of the city ~220 km; cold winter in the city ~200 km, out of the city ~160 km.
Fiat 500e: warm summer in the city – 240km, out of the city – 180km, cold winter in the city – 190km, out of the city – 140km
For exact mileage, please take a look at the vehicle’s computer screen after having driven it for at least 5 km.

Just reserve and unlock the same car like you normally would. You’ll have 5 free minutes to collect your stuff. Important: don’t turn on the ignition unless you’re planning to drive. If you stay longer than 5 minutes, you’ll automatically start a paid reservation.
After 24 hours, you can still find the car on our live map. If you don’t see your vehicle on the map, it may be in use by another customer at the moment. You can find available vehicles here:
