Once payment is made for a CityBee subscription plan, it cannot be canceled or paused. The payment for the plan is non-refundable. The CityBee subscription plan cannot be sold or transferred to another person.

Car screenwash can not be purchased with a „Circle-K“ card.
You can find the fuel type in the CityBee app, under active reservation.

During the MyBee car rental period, a subscription to PRO BRO Tunnel Car Wash Midi program is provided twice a month.

During the Mybee subscription period, you can wash your car 2 times a month at the “Jazz pesulad” car washes listed below.

The washing service is used on the basis of the car’s registration number, which is identified by the number recognition system in Jazz Pesulad.
To enter the car wash you need to wait operators signal.
NB! Make sure your vehicle’s number plate is readable.
Due to company policy, we are able to provide our services to customers who have Drivers licenses issued from one of these countries listed below.
If your country is not on the list – unfortunately, you will not be able to register.
Also, our system is unable to accept International Driver’s Permits/ Licenses.

If you paid for fuel using your own money, we’ll reimburse the cost. To request a refund, make sure to save the receipt and simply follow this process.
From now on, before starting the trip, we will ask you to check the car and inform us only if there are any obvious defects that make the car unsuitable for its intended purpose (5.3.19, 5.15).
1. Make a short inspection of the car;
2. Check whether there is any damage that could make the car unsafe or unsuitable for driving (for example flat tires, moderate or severe body damage, etc.) if there is any – please report it using the CityBee app;
3. If the damage is minor (e.g. small scratches or dents) – You do not have to report it and you can safely start the trip!
If the damage impacts your ability to drive safely or you’re uncertain, please reach out to us via email, in-app chat, or phone. Please include a photo to help us assess the situation more accurately.
If the car is dirty – you can select the “report” function in the reservation and the technical team will clean the car at the first opportunity.
