Yes, if you use all the trips included in your CityBee subscription plan before it expires, you can purchase a new plan at any time.
During your CityBee subscription period, you can choose between using a subscription plan trip or purchasing a pre-paid trip package for a longer route at the start of each trip. The pay-as-you-go pricing will automatically apply only if you exceed the allocated kilometers and/or minutes for the subscription plan or the additionally purchased package.

In order to offer more cars where customers need them the most, the boundaries of certain CityBee parking zones in the vicinity of Kaunas will be changed from 26 April 2024. From that date, you will no longer be able to finish your trip with CityBee in these locations:

How to order a car with delivery?
Fill out the order form — at least 12 hours before the delivery of the car.
We will contact you after receiving the order.
When choosing 1d+50km and 1d+75km prepaid packages, the delivery fee will be 8.99 eur. If you choose a larger prepaid package, delivery will be free.
The cost of the selected prepaid package will be applied in the first minute.
Only passenger cars can be ordered. Van delivery is not possible.
The service cannot be canceled if there are 3 hours or less left until the scheduled delivery. If the service is canceled within this time period, the selected prepaid package will be charged.
With which CityBee tariff can I order a car with delivery?
You can order a car only by choosing one of the prepaid packages, which are at least 24 hours. The pre-paid package fee for the car will be applied at the time it is delivered and its booking starts. If you drive more kilometers or a longer period of time than in the selected prepaid package, an additional fee will be applied according to the «Pay as you go» tariff.

Order a car and be worry-free! You won’t have to worry about whether the CityBee car will be nearby at the desired time, what model the car will be, whether it will be clean, whether it will be in perfect technical condition — we will take care of all this before delivery!

Car with delivery is available in LV and EE countries only.
When ordering a car with delivery, the car includes fuel, insurance, the possibility to use the Riga Traffic parking lot free of charge, cleanliness and technical service.
In case of additional conditions during delivery, information about its necessity must be provided in the comment.
BeeChill fee can cover accidental interior damage, as long as the damage wasn’t intentional, and you inform us about the incident right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.
However, the BeeChill fee does not cover the damages caused by things like smoking, excessive trash, or spills that require dry cleaning. For these situations, a cleaning fee will apply. For more details, please check our Pricelist.
