Trip start fee – additionally applicable to all “pay as you go” trips (not applicable to travel packages) – 0.5 EUR.
We use your personal identification number to identify you, enter into and enforce an agreement with you, and provide you with CityBee vehicle sharing services. We also process your personal identification number on the basis of our legitimate interest.
The CityBee Privacy Policy (published at https://citybee.lt/en/privacy-policy/) provides detailed information on the purpose of processing your personal data and the duration of storage thereof.
The fuel is refilled at any Circle K gas station (you have to pay for the fuel with the CityBee fuel card found inside the car)!
If you have signed a contract with CityBee, an invoice is issued once a month, at the beginning of the each month. The invoice is sent to the email address you provide to us. Also, all invoices can be viewed by the account administrator appointed by the company, when logged in to the CityBee self-service center.
If you have added a company card with company details to your personal account, invoices will be issued twice a month and sent to the email specified in your CityBee account. For days 1–15 of the current month, the invoice will be issued and sent by the 16th of the current month, and for days 16–31 of the current month, the invoice will be issued and sent by the 1st of the following month.
If You want to change the phone number registered in CityBee, send us a request by email, using the email, that You provided in the CityBee system and specify Your new phone number. After receiving your request, we will change it.
Attention! To protect Your account and to prevent fraud, while changing the phone number, we will remove Your driver‘s license and all Your attached payment cards. Add Your driver‘s license and payment card newly and You will be able to use the services again.

In addition to Tallinn city center and downtown parking zones you are allowed to park and end the trip in the following private parking areas which are in the CityBee zone:
Europark: You are allowed to park and end the trip in all open Europark parking lots (except parking houses and parking lots with gates) in Tallinn, which are included in CityBee zones.
Ühisteenused: You are allowed to park and end the trip in all open Ühisteenused parking lots (except parking houses and parking lots with gates) in Tallinn, which are included in CityBee zones.
When parking you are obligated to follow parking requirements and traffic rules. Client is responsible paying for parking in parking lots that are not listed above.
You are not allowed to park or end the trip in the areas of apartment associations and special permits, even if there is a green CityBee parking zone.
Parking fines issued during the reservation and/or after the reservation are disputed with the data of the person responsible for the company organizing the parking. If this is not possible, CityBee pays the parking fine and reissues the fine to the responsible person.
