Every single CityBee electric vehicle has a different mileage which also heavily depends on the current season (i.e. the mileage is increased when the temperature is +15°C rather than when it’s -10°C):
Volkswagen e-Crafter: warm Summer – 130 km, cold winter – <85 km;
Peugeot e-2008: warm summer in the city ~300 km, out of the city ~220 km; cold winter in the city ~200 km, out of the city ~160 km.
For exact mileage, please take a look at the vehicle’s computer screen after having driven it for at least 5 km.

As in a regular car, you need to turn the key or press a „Start engine“ button.
Important: It does not turn on until you properly put on a seatbelt.

1. Update CityBee app. Open the app and press section “Credit cards”. Add your personal or Bussines credit card and indicate company details. There you will receive an invoice for the trip.
2. If you do not provide any company details, the invoice will be issued in the usual way ( with your personal name ).
3.Before the trip select the card from which payment after the trip will be made. If you select a card with the specified details the invoice will be issued according to the written information.
4. The invoice of the previous month shall be sent on the first days of the following month.
As of May 17, 2022, it is no longer possible to purchase the Premium Plan service, but customers who have purchased this plan before will be able to use it successfully until the service package expires.
You will be able to order the reduced financial responsibility service each time you book a new trip. As usual, if an accident occurs through your fault, you will have the opportunity to reduce your financial liability from € 500 to € 100. The fee is valid until the end of the package.
If settlements are successful – the duration is unlimited.
Signing up for CityBee is free. And no membership fees are applied. You only pay for the time you use the car and the traveled kilometers.
