When you refill a bee with a fuel level less than 25% volume of the tank capacity, a 2 EUR discount will be added to your account for future trips.
ATTENTION! Discount for refueling the car is applied only when the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity and you need to fill a full tank. The discount is given just once during your trip.
❗The discount will be added to your account within about an hour after the refueling.

A minimum fee will still be charged if the trip is less than it. Discounts will be applied after that.

Smoking is prohibited in CityBee cars. A fine for smoking in a car is €70.
If you paid for fuel using your own money, we’ll reimburse the cost. To request a refund, make sure to save the receipt and simply follow this process.
The BeeChill fee has your back by covering damages in the event of an accident where you’re at fault. Just remember, it’s essential to report the incident to us immediately.
However, there are certain situations where the BeeChill fee won’t cover the damages. These exceptions are outlined in our Terms of Service (section 7.17) and include cases such as:
Failing to report the incident to us;
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
Violating traffic regulations;
Engaging in intentional or grossly negligent actions.
To make sure you’re protected, the BeeChill fee is applied to each trip as outlined in our our Pricelist. For full details, we encourage you to check out the Terms of Service.
If you want to use the car for longer than travelling from point A to point B, lock the car with a key at intermediate stops and take the keys with you. Do not mark the trip as complete in the app. If needed, you can continue your trip using the same car at any time. Only mark the trip as complete in the app when you no longer wish to use the car. Please note that if you lock the car with the key, if it has not been used for some time, but you have not completed the reservation via the app, the price of the travel time will continue to be calculated.
To sign up, you need to download the CityBee app to your smart iOS or Android phone.
To register, enter the requested personal data and a valid telephone number to verify signing up.
The final step is to link a payment card to your CityBee account.
If you want to use a car-sharing service, you must confirm your driving license’s validity. You can do it just in a few minutes by following the instructions in the app!

In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. CityBee reserves the right to change the terms of the CityBee subscription at any time.
If you’d like to use the car-sharing service, you’ll need to confirm the validity of your driver’s license.
You can do this in just a few minutes by following the steps in the ‘CityBee’ app. Open the app, choose Add driver’s license and enter your driver license number.
We now offer several ways to confirm your license:
Smart-ID or Mobile-ID
Available for users whose driver’s license can be verified through these electronic identification methods.
Uploading photos
If you prefer pictures, you can complete the process by taking a few photos directly in the app. You’ll be asked to:
1) Take a selfie;
2) Take a selfie while holding your driver’s license;
3) Take a photo of the front side of the document.
Whichever method you choose, please make sure your document is valid and undamaged. When taking photos ensure good lighting and that document is removed from any cover or case so your document number, personal identification number, and personal photo can be clearly seen.
Note: We accept only photocard driver’s licenses.
