Smoking is prohibited in CityBee cars. A fine for smoking in a car is €70.
You can submit your request for the exercise of your rights (as far as your Account is concerned) to us in the following ways:
submitting a request at e-mail info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, from email that is registered in your CityBee account that you want to delete;
submitting a request by e-mail at info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, signed with qualified e-signature (e.g. by use of Smart-ID or M-signature);
In the CityBee app, by selecting Menu -> My profile -> Delete my account.
When using CityBee, you don’t have to pay for fuel yourself – you only pay for the time and kilometers you drive.
Refueling is easy!
Go to any of our partner Circle K gas stations. Open the CityBee app and start the refueling. Follow the simple instructions, fill up, and hit the road!
If the fuel is below 1/4 of the tank, you’ll receive a €2 discount for topping up.
Step by Step refueling guide
Check the Reservation map in the app to see nearby fuel stations. Tap a station for details and directions, then drive there.
When you arrive, tap the notification or open the CityBee app, go to Reservation, and select Refuel.
The app shows available pumps. Pick your pump, activate it, and wait for confirmation.
When it says, “Ready to fuel,” pick up the nozzle and start fueling. Return the nozzle when finished. The app will update the fueling status automatically.
If you decide not to refuel, you can cancel in two ways:
Manual cancel: Pick up the nozzle and immediately return it – the refueling is canceled.
Automatic cancel: If the nozzle is never picked up, the app will automatically cancel the refueling after 2 minutes of inactivity.
In rare cases, you may need to use the fuel card inside the car. This happens if the pump doesn’t work via the app or if you’re refueling outside the Baltic States. The CityBee app shows the PIN code and fuel type under your active reservation.

In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated. CityBee reserves the right to change the terms of the CityBee subscription at any time.
The amount of the BeeChill fee for each car is indicated in the App.
The minimum trip price is the smallest amount payable for our services, deducted from your payment account once you unlock the car or extend your reservation. If your trip cost exceeds the minimum, the remaining amount will be charged by the end of the trip. However, if the total is less than the minimum, the difference won’t be refunded.
You’ll find the minimum trip price for each car listed in the app.
Please note that discounts do not apply to the minimum trip price.
The CityBee subscription is only available to private customers. Invoices for the CityBee subscription cannot be issued in the name of a legal entity.
Please note that this service is provided in Lithuania only.
All van drivers (except the ones who drive fully electric vans) have to purchase vignettes themselves and pay driving charges if they drive on toll roads.
