In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated. CityBee reserves the right to change the terms of the CityBee subscription at any time.
When reserving a car, you have two options:
· Choose a car, click on “Reserve,” and you will get a free 15-minute reservation, giving you access to the car for unlocking
· If you do not unlock the car within this 15-minute window, your reservation will automatically end unless you choose to pay for an extension.
If 15 minutes isn’t enough, you can extend your reservation for longer periods, but keep in mind:
· You can easily extend your reservation through the app after you’ve booked the car. Just click on Reservation and then select Extend.
· After the 15 minutes expire, the paid reservation time will begin. The cost per reserved minute is the same as the cost per minute when driving the car;
· You can extend the reservation for up to 24 hours;
· If you do not unlock the car by selecting “Unlock” in the app, the reservation will automatically end, and you will be charged for the time the reservation was active.
You can cancel a paid reservation at any time, and you will only be charged for the time used.
Once you’ve reached the car, click “Unlock” in the app. The car will unlock, and the keys will be inside the vehicle.

Yes, you can. The CityBee Privacy Policy provides detailed information on the purpose of processing your personal data and the duration of storage thereof.
The radar function in the CityBee app helps the user to be the first to know if any of the CityBee cars are nearby his location at a specific time chosen by the user.
The radar function icon can be found in the ‘Search’ section of the app, to the left of the ‘Filter’ icon. When you click on the icon and activate the radar, it will turn blue.
The minimum radar distance is 150 meters, the maximum – 1250 meters.
When activating the radar, you can choose between two options:
Notification without automatic reservation – when a CityBee car appears at the specified time and distance, the app will send a message to the user to inform them about it.
Automatic reservation – when a CityBee car appears at the specified time and distance, an automatic car reservation will be made by choosing the ‘Flexible’ pricing. The tariff can be changed after car reservation. Car reservation remains free until the end of the free reservation period (15 min).
Additional information:
The radar function will be activated at the specified time and will remain active until you reserve your car. If the car is not available within 2 hours, the radar will switch off. The radar function detects only cars that are incoming in the current location of the user and chosen distance when the radar function is activated.
BeeChill fee can cover accidental interior damage, as long as the damage wasn’t intentional, and you inform us about the incident right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.
However, the BeeChill fee does not cover the damages caused by things like smoking, excessive trash, or spills that require dry cleaning. For these situations, a cleaning fee will apply. For more details, please check our Pricelist.
When you refill a bee with a fuel level less than 25% volume of the tank capacity, a 2 EUR discount will be added to your account for future trips.
ATTENTION! Discount for refueling the car is applied only when the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity and you need to fill a full tank. The discount is given just once during your trip.
❗The discount will be added to your account within about an hour after the refueling.

A minimum fee will still be charged if the trip is less than it. Discounts will be applied after that.

To get started with CityBee, you must link a payment card to your CityBee account.
You can link more than one payment card and choose before each trip which card will be used for automatic payment for the services immediately after the trip or during your trip, depending on the length of your journey.
A linked payment card should allow making automatic payments from the client’s account linked to a card.
