The CityBee subscription is only available to private customers. Invoices for the CityBee subscription cannot be issued in the name of a legal entity.
You can use CityBee cars without 2 years of driving experience!
However, in Lithuania and Estonia, you must bring a personal “Maple Leaf” magnetic sticker, which you must stick to the back of the car in Lithuania and to the front of the car in Estonia. Do not forget to remove the sticker at the end of your trip.
Due to company policy, we are able to provide our services to customers who have Drivers licenses issued from one of these countries listed below.
If your country is not on the list – unfortunately, you will not be able to register.
Also, our system is unable to accept International Driver’s Permits/ Licenses.

Bee Chill – we’ve got your back! If you happen to have an accident and accidentally damage the vehicle, don’t stress – we’ve got you covered. Just be sure to notify us right away, and we’ll take care of the rest.
The BeeChill is a financial responsibility fee is applied to all ‘Pay as You Go’ trips, and it’s already included in the price of trip packages or trips made with a subscription plan. You can see the fee in the app before you start your trip.
This fee is designed to cover any damage to the car that may occur due to an accident where you’re at fault, except for certain situations, such as failure to report the incident to us, causing the accident while under the influence of alcohol, violating traffic regulations, etc.

The maximum length of a reservation is 28 days if you wish to continue using CityBee service longer, just purchase another package or continue the trip with the “pay as you go” option and we will take the necessary steps to issue a monthly invoice for your ongoing trip.
