In the CityBee app, parking zones marked in yellow usually have a drop-off and/or pick-up fee for CityBee cars. This fee does not apply to trips made under the CityBee subscription. The drop-off fee in the yellow CityBee zone is not charged even if the trip starts under the subscription plan but ends with the ‘Flexible’ pricing due to exceeding the allocated kilometers and/or minutes in the subscription plan.
When purchasing additional trips, i.e., trip packages, during the subscription period, the CityBee drop-off and/or pick-up fee waiver in the yellow zone does not apply for the package trips.

During your CityBee subscription period, you can choose between using a subscription plan trip or purchasing a pre-paid trip package for a longer route at the start of each trip. The ‘Flexible’ pricing will automatically apply only if you exceed the allocated kilometers and/or minutes for the subscription plan or the additionally purchased package.
CityBee cars are new and in good technical condition. However, if your car does not start or breaks down (if you hear a strange sound, a red indicator lights on the dashboard or there are other signs of breakdown), please contact us by phone:

No matter where in the city you are, we will quickly make conditions to continue your trip and you will get a compensation.
The CityBee subscription is a monthly trip plan that allows you to travel much more affordably than with the ‘Flexible’ pricing and offers exclusive benefits for subscribers. When you purchase a subscription plan for a fixed price, you’ll receive a set number of trips. Each trip includes a predetermined number of kilometers and minutes, as well as the trip start fee and minimum trip cost. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to use your trips.
Regardless of the number of trips, the CityBee monthly subscription plan also includes the following benefits:
free parking in the CityBee yellow zone;
‘BeeChill’ fee included in the price.
To subscribe to CityBee, open the CityBee app and go to the ‘Subscription’ section. Choose the plan that best suits you from the available options. The plan cost will be automatically charged to the payment card linked to your CityBee account. Once the payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The purchased plan will be activated immediately and will be valid for 30 days.
The amount of the BeeChill fee for each car is indicated in the App.
To get started with CityBee, you must link a payment card to your CityBee account.
You can link more than one payment card and choose before each trip which card will be used for automatic payment for the services immediately after the trip or during your trip, depending on the length of your journey.
A linked payment card should allow making automatic payments from the client’s account linked to a card.
If you don’t use all the kilometers and minutes allocated for a trip under the subscription plan, the unused distance and time will not be carried over to another trip.
