Политика использования файлов cookie CityBee описана в следующем документе:
When reserving a car, you have two options:
· Choose a car, click on “Reserve,” and you will get a free 15-minute reservation, giving you access to the car for unlocking
· If you do not unlock the car within this 15-minute window, your reservation will automatically end unless you choose to pay for an extension.
If 15 minutes isn’t enough, you can extend your reservation for longer periods, but keep in mind:
· You can easily extend your reservation through the app after you’ve booked the car. Just click on Reservation and then select Extend.
· After the 15 minutes expire, the paid reservation time will begin. The cost per reserved minute is the same as the cost per minute when driving the car;
· You can extend the reservation for up to 24 hours;
· If you do not unlock the car by selecting “Unlock” in the app, the reservation will automatically end, and you will be charged for the time the reservation was active.
You can cancel a paid reservation at any time, and you will only be charged for the time used.
Once you’ve reached the car, click “Unlock” in the app. The car will unlock, and the keys will be inside the vehicle.

How to order a car with delivery?
Fill out the order form — at least 12 hours before the delivery of the car.
We will contact you after receiving the order.
When choosing 1d+50km and 1d+75km prepaid packages, the delivery fee will be 8.99 eur. If you choose a larger prepaid package, delivery will be free.
The cost of the selected prepaid package will be applied in the first minute.
Only passenger cars can be ordered. Van delivery is not possible.
The service cannot be canceled if there are 3 hours or less left until the scheduled delivery. If the service is canceled within this time period, the selected prepaid package will be charged.
With which CityBee tariff can I order a car with delivery?
You can order a car only by choosing one of the prepaid packages, which are at least 24 hours. The pre-paid package fee for the car will be applied at the time it is delivered and its booking starts. If you drive more kilometers or a longer period of time than in the selected prepaid package, an additional fee will be applied according to the «Pay as you go» tariff.
Why order a car with delivery?
Order a car and be worry-free! You won’t have to worry about whether the CityBee car will be nearby at the desired time, what model the car will be, whether it will be clean, whether it will be in perfect technical condition — we will take care of all this before delivery!
Important:
Car with delivery is available in LV and EE countries only.
When ordering a car with delivery, the car includes fuel, insurance, the possibility to use the Riga Traffic parking lot free of charge, cleanliness and technical service.
In case of additional conditions during delivery, information about its necessity must be provided in the comment.
CityBee users do not need to purchase a Jūrmala entry pass.
Due to company policy, we are able to provide our services to customers who have Drivers licenses issued from one of these countries listed below. If your country is not on the list — unfortunately you will not be able to register.

Our system is unable to accept International Driver’s Permits/ Licenses.
If you forget your personal belongings in a CityBee car, you can retrieve them by:
Reserving and unlocking your last car as usual.
You can retrieve your items for free for 24 hours after your last journey.
You have 5 free minutes to collect your belongings, do not turn on ignition if you don’t plan to use the car. If the car will be used for longer than 5 minutes, a paid reservation will start automatically.
Please note, that if you do not recover your items within 24 hours, you can find the car location, where the items were left, by using this link. If you are unable to find the car you are looking for, please, be patient, somebody is using it right now:

During long-term reservation (trip package), the sum is charged before the start of the trip and if additional time and/or km is required after the prepayment package ends, the sum for the actual accumulated amount will be deducted during or at the end of the trip.
The money will be deducted from your selected card. If you have money in your CityBee wallet or have accumulated credit, for example for refueling, the funds will be deducted from this amount first. If the amount cannot be deducted, we will ask you to pay it or leave the car.
If the car gets dirty during a long-term rental in Lithuania, we offer several options:
