The CityBee subscription is a test service. We are constantly looking for new ways to help our customers travel more affordably and conveniently. In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated. CityBee reserves the right to change the terms of the CityBee subscription at any time.
When reserving a car, you have two options:
· Choose a car, click on “Reserve,” and you will get a free 15-minute reservation, giving you access to the car for unlocking
· If you do not unlock the car within this 15-minute window, your reservation will automatically end unless you choose to pay for an extension.
If 15 minutes isn’t enough, you can extend your reservation for longer periods, but keep in mind:
· You can easily extend your reservation through the app after you’ve booked the car. Just click on Reservation and then select Extend.
· After the 15 minutes expire, the paid reservation time will begin. The cost per reserved minute is the same as the cost per minute when driving the car;
· You can extend the reservation for up to 24 hours;
· If you do not unlock the car by selecting “Unlock” in the app, the reservation will automatically end, and you will be charged for the time the reservation was active.
You can cancel a paid reservation at any time, and you will only be charged for the time used.
Once you’ve reached the car, click “Unlock” in the app. The car will unlock, and the keys will be inside the vehicle.

Smoking is prohibited in CityBee cars. A fine for smoking in a car is €70.
Due to company policy, we are able to provide our services to customers who have Drivers licenses issued from one of these countries listed below. If your country is not on the list — unfortunately you will not be able to register.

Our system is unable to accept International Driver’s Permits/ Licenses.
Children must be carried in kids’ chairs. CityBee cars have kids’ chairs (you can see whether there is a chair in a selected car by clicking on the car icon on the map or using a filter and selecting the criteria “Cars with kids’ chairs”). Chairs are for older children, i.e. this is a raised seat without a backrest.
Road traffic rules warn that children under the age of 12 and not higher than 150 cm are allowed to sit in the front seat only in special seats adapted to their weight and height.
For safety reasons, CityBee cars only provide a group 2/3 booster cushion for children from 22-36 kg, aged 6 to 12 years, following the law.
After using the CityBee car, return the vehicle to CityBee parking zone. CityBee parking zones are highlighted on the app map.
Green zone
You can always finish your trip in this area following the road traffic rules. Do not leave the car in disabled parking space or in reserved areas. Attention — green zones are different for electric cars, cars and vans.
Yellow zone
Leaving or picking a Bee up here might incur an extra fee or discount for the trip. Please note that the conditions differ for each area. Click on the desired area to see them.
Red zone
CityBee cars can not be left in these areas. A fine may be applied at the end of the trip if you finish your trip in this zone. Areas that not highlighted are also not CityBee zones and cars can not be left there.
All Citybee zones can be found in the app on the main map.
After completing the trip and parking, make sure that you have not left your belongings in the car, as well as that you have not taken car documents or accessories with you. Remember to leave the key in the car, put it in the same place you picked it up from or leave it in a place where another customer can easily find it. Make sure all windows and sunroof are closed.
When you get out of the car, open the active reservation in the mobile app and select the «End trip» command and confirm this action. Check that the car door has been locked successfully.
Before you hit the road, we’d love for you to do a quick check to make sure the car is roadworthy. If you notice anything that might make it unsafe or unsuitable to drive, just let us know through the CityBee app. This simple check helps keep our cars in great shape and ensures a smooth, safe ride for you!
Please note that this service is provided in Lithuania and Estonia.
Every single CityBee electric vehicle has a different mileage which also heavily depends on the current season (i.e. the mileage is increased when the temperature is +15°C rather than when it’s -10°C):
Volkswagen e-Crafter: warm Summer — 130 km, cold winter — <85 km;
Peugeot e-2008: warm summer in the city ~300 km, out of the city ~220 km; cold winter in the city ~200 km, out of the city ~160 km.
Fiat 500e: warm summer in the city — 240km, out of the city — 180km, cold winter in the city — 190km, out of the city — 140km
For exact mileage, please take a look at the vehicle’s computer screen after having driven it for at least 5 km.
