No matter where in the city you are, we will quickly make conditions to continue your trip and you will get a compensation.
CityBee bees are new (not older than 2 years), technically sound cars. You can see the models of cars currently in CityBee Park here:

Children must be carried in kids’ chairs. CityBee cars have kids’ chairs (you can see whether there is a chair in a selected car by clicking on the car icon on the map or using a filter and selecting the criteria “Cars with kids’ chairs”). Chairs are for older children, i.e. this is a raised seat without a backrest.
Road traffic rules warn that children under the age of 12 and not higher than 150 cm are allowed to sit in the front seat only in special seats adapted to their weight and height.
For safety reasons, CityBee cars only provide a group 2/3 booster cushion for children from 22-36 kg, aged 6 to 12 years, following the law.
To get started with CityBee, you must link a payment card to your CityBee account.
You can link more than one payment card and choose before each trip which card will be used for automatic payment for the services immediately after the trip or during your trip, depending on the length of your journey.
A linked payment card should allow making automatic payments from the client’s account linked to a card.
You can refuel your CityBee at any Circle K station. Just open the app, check the map for the nearest station, and tap it for directions. When you get there, open the app, hit Refuel, and follow the simple steps. Want more info? See the full guide here.
The plan is activated on the day of purchase. You will receive an email notification confirming the activation immediately after the purchase.
If you also want to use the car sharing service, you must confirm the validity of your driver’s license.
You can do this in minutes by following the instructions in the mobile CityBee app! In the app, choose to add driver’s license.
First, the app will ask you to take a photo of the front side of your driver’s license. In the next step, take a selfie. The last step is to take a photo of yourself with your driver’s license in your hand.
Make sure the document is valid, intact and suitable for using. The document must be removed from a case or sheath. When taking a driver’s license, the document number, personal identification number and personal photo must be clearly visible, so make sure the lighting is good and the photos are bright.
Attention! We only accept photocard driver’s licences.
The CityBee subscription is only available to private customers. Invoices for the CityBee subscription cannot be issued in the name of a legal entity.
