You can submit your request for the exercise of your rights (as far as your Account is concerned) to us in the following ways:
submitting a request at e-mail info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, from email that is registered in your CityBee account that you want to delete;
submitting a request by e-mail at info@citybee.lt; info@citybee.lv; info@citybee.ee, signed with qualified e-signature (e.g. by use of Smart-ID or M-signature);
In the CityBee app, by selecting Menu -> My profile -> Delete my account.
Once you reserve a car, you are able to keep it reserved for you 15 minutes for free. However, if you weren’t able to reach the car within 15 minutes and need additional time – you can easily extend your reservation through the app. Just click on Reservation and then select Extend.
The price for extended reservation costs as much as the time price for that specific car displayed in the price list.
The maximum duration of the extended reservation is 24 hours. If you do not unlock a car by selecting Unlock in the app within that period, the reservation will discontinue and you will be charged for the time used. You can cancel the extended reservation anytime. In this case, you will pay only for the used paid reservation time.
Smoking is prohibited in CityBee cars. A fine for smoking in a car is €70.
The CityBee subscription plan does not automatically renew when it expires. However, if needed, you can purchase a new plan to continue your subscription.
The CityBee subscription is a test service. We are constantly looking for new ways to help our customers travel more affordably and conveniently. In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated. CityBee reserves the right to change the terms of the CityBee subscription at any time.
Pets can only be carried in cars in special pet transport boxes. Also, please make sure of the cleanliness and leave the car the way you would like to find it.
If You refueled at another gas station and paid for it, we will reimburse your expenses.
In order to get a reimbursement to your bank account, If You are a natural person or a company, You need to contact us via email info@citybee.lt., info@citybee.lv or info@citybee.ee. Please provide a payment receipt and our team will provide You a refund request sheet, that You will need to fill out and send back to us.
Due to company policy, we are able to provide our services to customers who have Drivers licenses issued from one of these countries listed below. If your country is not on the list – unfortunately you will not be able to register.
