We offer prepaid trip packages that include fixed time with fixed kilometers.
By choosing prepaid packages, you will pay less than the usual fare with the same distance and time in the ‘Flexible’ option.
If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.
After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.
You can also continue your trip by purchasing one more additional prepaid package without completing the active reservation.
If you decide to end the trip before using the time and /or kilometers indicated on the prepaid package, this balance will not be refunded.
The price of the fixed prepaid package will be charged at the beginning of the trip and the price for the extra kilometers and/or time will be charged during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.
A day mentioned in the trip packages is 24 hours.

Now you are able to customize the pre-paid packages yourself by selecting time and kilometers in the app. Choose the preferred duration of the package, then, select the number of kilometers you anticipate driving during that time. This way, you can tailor the pre-paid package to fit your specific needs and budget. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of customizing your own package!
CityBee subscription plan is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused trips do not carry over to a new plan.
Left something behind? You’ve got 24 hours to grab it for free.
Just reserve and unlock the same car like you normally would. You’ll have 5 free minutes to collect your stuff. Important: don’t turn on the ignition unless you’re planning to drive. If you stay longer than 5 minutes, you’ll automatically start a paid reservation.
After 24 hours, you can still find the car on our live map. If you don’t see your vehicle on the map, it may be in use by another customer at the moment. You can find available vehicles here:

When you refill a bee with a fuel level less than 25% volume of the tank capacity, a 2 EUR discount will be added to your account for future trips.
ATTENTION! Discount for refueling the car is applied only when the fuel drops to 1/4 volume of the tank capacity and you need to fill a full tank. The discount is given just once during your trip.

A minimum fee will still be charged if the trip is less than it. Discounts will be applied after that.

All CityBee subscription plans are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you do not use all the trips included in the plan within this period, the plan will not be automatically renewed, and no refunds will be given for unused trips.
The usage time of the car starts from the moment of unlocking the car or when you click ‘extend the reservation’ and ends when the car is locked via the smartphone app.
Each time you use CityBee, you are able to choose ‘Flexible’ or prepaid ‘Packages’ pricing.
Trip start fee – additionally applicable to all ‘Flexible’ pricing trips (not applicable to travel packages). Fee amount for each car is indicated in the App.
Prepaid packages – the prices for the packages are fixed. Prepaid package prices are based on the time and kilometers included. If the time or kilometers included in the package are exceeded, the additional price is calculated according to the set tariff, specified when choosing the package.
You can find all of the available packages and prices in the CityBee app and use the custom package function.
There is no extra charge for fuel and insurance – we take care of it.
By registering in the CityBee application, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of use and privacy policy. If you had not done that, you would not be able to use CityBee services.
When using CityBee, you don’t have to pay for fuel yourself – you only pay for the time and kilometers you drive.
Refueling is easy!
Go to any of our partner Circle K gas stations. Open the CityBee app and start the refueling. Follow the simple instructions, fill up, and hit the road!
If the fuel is below 1/4 of the tank, you’ll receive a €2 discount for topping up.
Step by Step refueling guide
Check the Reservation map in the app to see nearby fuel stations. Tap a station for details and directions, then drive there.
When you arrive, tap the notification or open the CityBee app, go to Reservation, and select Refuel.
The app shows available pumps. Pick your pump, activate it, and wait for confirmation.
When it says, “Ready to fuel,” pick up the nozzle and start fueling. Return the nozzle when finished. The app will update the fueling status automatically.
If you decide not to refuel, you can cancel in two ways:
Manual cancel: Pick up the nozzle and immediately return it – the refueling is canceled.
Automatic cancel: If the nozzle is never picked up, the app will automatically cancel the refueling after 2 minutes of inactivity.
In rare cases, you may need to use the fuel card inside the car. This happens if the pump doesn’t work via the app or if you’re refueling outside the Baltic States. The CityBee app shows the PIN code and fuel type under your active reservation.
