Trip start fee of 0.44€ is included in the price calculation.
Please note that we do not process refunds older than 3 months. e.g. If you have filled up at a non Circle-K petrol station, the fuel receipt cannot be older than 3 months when you apply for a refund.
If you want to use the car for a day, a week, or longer, you can choose from our prepaid package deals.
The price of the fixed prepaid package will be charged at the beginning of the trip and the price for the extra kilometers and/or time will be charged during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.
You can find all of the prepaid packages in the CityBee app by clicking on the chosen car reserve button.
If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.
After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.
You can also continue your trip by purchasing one more additional prepaid package without completing the active reservation.
If you decide to end the trip before using the time and /or kilometers indicated on the prepaid package, this balance will not be refunded.
Use is no different from a short-term CityBee rent, and all the benefits offered (insurance, fuel, washing) remain as well.
Choose the car you want from the CityBee fleet, reserve it, and start your journey.
At the moment we do not have any cars which would be 4 wheel drive.
CityBee wallet is a virtual payment method which can be used to pay for CityBee services. You can find your CityBee wallet in the app by clicking Menu -> Payments.
CityBee wallet cannot be topped up, but the balance will be used automatically.
Due to company policy, we are able to provide our services to customers who have Drivers licenses issued from one of these countries listed below.
If your country is not on the list – unfortunately, you will not be able to register.
Also, our system is unable to accept International Driver’s Permits/ Licenses.

Children must be carried in kids’ chairs. CityBee cars have kids’ chairs (you can see whether there is a chair in a selected car by clicking on the car icon on the map or using a filter and selecting the criteria “Cars with kids’ chairs”). Chairs are for older children, i.e. this is a raised seat without a backrest.
Road traffic rules warn that children under the age of 12 and not higher than 150 cm are allowed to sit in the front seat only in special seats adapted to their weight and height.
For safety reasons, CityBee cars only provide a group 2/3 booster cushion for children from 22-36 kg, aged 6 to 12 years, following the law.
This fee applies to all Pay As You Go trips and is already included in the price of our trip packages or trips made with a subscription plan!
The CityBee subscription is a test service. We are constantly looking for new ways to help our customers travel more affordably and conveniently. In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated.
