Once you reserve a car, you are able to keep it reserved for you 15 minutes for free. However, if you weren’t able to reach the car within 15 minutes and need additional time – you can easily extend your reservation through the app. Just click on Reservation and then select Extend.
The price for extended reservation costs as much as the time price for that specific car displayed in the price list.
The maximum duration of the extended reservation is 24 hours. If you do not unlock a car by selecting Unlock in the app within that period, the reservation will discontinue and you will be charged for the time used. You can cancel the extended reservation anytime. In this case, you will pay only for the used paid reservation time.
The CityBee subscription is a test service. We are constantly looking for new ways to help our customers travel more affordably and conveniently. In planning the CityBee subscription, we considered the needs of our most active customers and decided to offer plans for the most common types of city trips, allowing customers to enjoy cost-effective travel without worrying about time. We will periodically evaluate the service’s activity and improve it as needed. All customer feedback and expectations are highly appreciated. CityBee reserves the right to change the terms of the CityBee subscription at any time.
When reserving a car, you have two options:
· Choose a car, click on “Reserve,” and you will get a free 15-minute reservation, giving you access to the car for unlocking
· If you do not unlock the car within this 15-minute window, your reservation will automatically end unless you choose to pay for an extension.
If 15 minutes isn’t enough, you can extend your reservation for longer periods, but keep in mind:
· You can easily extend your reservation through the app after you’ve booked the car. Just click on Reservation and then select Extend.
· After the 15 minutes expire, the paid reservation time will begin. The cost per reserved minute is the same as the cost per minute when driving the car;
· You can extend the reservation for up to 24 hours;
· If you do not unlock the car by selecting “Unlock” in the app, the reservation will automatically end, and you will be charged for the time the reservation was active.
You can cancel a paid reservation at any time, and you will only be charged for the time used.
Once you’ve reached the car, click “Unlock” in the app. The car will unlock, and the keys will be inside the vehicle.

If you want to use the car for a day, a week, or longer, you can choose from our prepaid package deals.
The price of the fixed prepaid package will be charged at the beginning of the trip and the price for the extra kilometers and/or time will be charged during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.
You can find all of the prepaid packages in the CityBee app by clicking on the chosen car reserve button.
If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.
After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.
You can also continue your trip by purchasing one more additional prepaid package without completing the active reservation.
If you decide to end the trip before using the time and /or kilometers indicated on the prepaid package, this balance will not be refunded.
Use is no different from a short-term CityBee rent, and all the benefits offered (insurance, fuel, washing) remain as well.
Choose the car you want from the CityBee fleet, reserve it, and start your journey.
We offer prepaid trip packages that include fixed time with fixed kilometers.
By choosing prepaid packages, you will pay less than the usual fare with the same distance and time in the “pay as you go” option.
If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.
After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.

Now you are able to customize the pre-paid packages yourself by selecting time and kilometers in the app. Choose the preferred duration of the package, then, select the number of kilometers you anticipate driving during that time. This way, you can tailor the pre-paid package to fit your specific needs and budget. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of customizing your own package!
Left something behind? You’ve got 24 hours to grab it for free.
Just reserve and unlock the same car like you normally would. You’ll have 5 free minutes to collect your stuff. Important: don’t turn on the ignition unless you’re planning to drive. If you stay longer than 5 minutes, you’ll automatically start a paid reservation.
After 24 hours, you can still find the car on our live map. If you don’t see your vehicle on the map, it may be in use by another customer at the moment. You can find available vehicles here:

If you exceed the maximum allotted time or distance during a trip, standard CityBee per-minute and per-kilometer rates will apply according to the pay-as-you-go pricing for the selected car model. Immediately after your trip, you will receive an invoice via email detailing the additional charges for extra kilometers and/or minutes. This amount will be charged to the payment card linked to your CityBee account.
If, for any reason, the additional charges cannot be deducted from your payment card and a debt is incurred, you will not be able to start a new trip until the outstanding balance is settled.
If you use all the trips included in your CityBee subscription plan before it expires, you can purchase a new plan at any time.
