Payment for CityBee services

To get started with CityBee, you must link a payment card to your CityBee account.
You can link more than one payment card and choose before each trip which card will be used for automatic payment for the services immediately after the trip or during your trip, depending on the length of your journey.

A linked payment card should allow making automatic payments from the client’s account linked to a card.

VW Crafter, VW e- Crafter and MAN TGE

Cargo area measurements:

Length – 3201 mm.;

Height – 1961 mm.;

Width – 1832 mm.;

Width between wheelhouse – 1380 mm..

VW Crafter load capacity is up to 1411kg.

VW e- Crafter load capacity is up to 950kg.

Renault Master

Cargo area measurements:

Height – 1894 mm.;

Width – 1765 mm.;

Length – 3733 mm.;

Width between wheelhouse – 1380 mm..

Car measurements:

Height – 2488 mm.;

Width – 2470 mm.;

Length – 6225 mm.

Load capacity is up to 1434kg.

Ford Transit

Cargo area measurements:

Width – 1784 mm.;

Length – 3494 mm;

Width between wheelhouse – 1392mm.

Car measurements:

Height – 2547 mm.;

Width – 2059 mm.;

Length – 5981 mm.

Load capacity is up to 1220kg.

If You refueled at another gas station and paid for it, we will reimburse your expenses.

In order to get a reimbursement to your bank account, If You are a natural person or a company, You need to contact us via email info@citybee.lt., info@citybee.lv or info@citybee.ee. Please provide a payment receipt and our team will provide You a refund request sheet, that You will need to fill out and send back to us.
