The areas highlighted on the map of the ‘CityBee’ application are parking areas where cars can be picked up and must be parked at the end of the trip (only, of course, without violating traffic rules: without parking the car in places marked “Reserved” or “No parking”). Also, please do not leave ‘CityBee’ cars in underground, multi-store parking lots, private driveways, prohibited parking zone regulated by time or on the lawn.
Green zone
You can always leave your Bee here if you follow the traffic rules, and do not park in disabled, reserved areas, apartment associations and special permit areas. If the car is parked in a private paid parking lot (e.g. Citypark, Europark minus these exceptions), the driver pays for the parking lot himself. Important – green areas for cars, cargo, and electric cars are different.
Yellow zone
Leaving or picking a Bee up here might incur an extra fee or discount for the trip. Please note that the conditions may differ for each area. Click on the desired area to see them. If there is no € symbol on your desired zone, please see the next closest € symbol and press on it – that will be the cost for parking in this zone or receiving a discount from this zone.
Red zone
Ending your trip is prohibited in the red areas. If you make any stops in the red area, you need to pay for parking fees yourself. It is not possible to do so in private or underground parking lots.
With CityBee cars you can also travel between cities and towns (including vans but in some cases van drivers have to buy their own vignettes and pay for the roads themselves*).
Parking in the city parking lots in Lithuania (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Palanga, Kretinga, Gargždai, Marijampolė) is free of charge only in CityBee zones (indicated in the mobile application).

Parking in the city parking lots in Estonia (Tallinn and Tartu) is free of charge in the city’s parking spaces (except Old Town) and in selected private car parks (https://help.citybee.tech/et/articles/5598752-millistes-tasulistes-citybee-tsoonides-saan -parkida) as well as in other cities marked on the CityBee map.
If the car is parked in a private paid parking lot (with the exceptions mentioned above), the driver pays the parking fee independently.

Lithuania:
Make sure the car is unlocked.

In case of charging the vehicle at the “IgnitisON” or “ElintaCharge” fast charging station:
Use the right-most charging wire (“Type 2”) that is already connected to the charging station.
Attention: Wire configurations may vary in some charging stations, so you can only find a Type 2 or “CCS” type wire.
Take the car keys and find the charging token attached (there are two tokens: one for “IgnitisON” and one for “ElintaCharge”).
Approach the charging station and scan the charging token.
Choose the charging slot (“Pasirinkite jungtį”) by pressing a button next to the shown option.
Press the button “Pradėti” to start charging.
In case of charging the vehicle at a 2-slot “ElintaCharge” station:
Take the charging wire from under the middle seat of a CityBee car:
• In the case of the VW e-Crafter electric van – under the front center seat.
• In the case of a passenger car – to the spare wheel space in the trunk.
2. Put one side of the charger wire in the car electric socket and another side into the charging station.
3. Scan the RFID token with “ElintaCharge” written on it.
4. The word “Charging” should start lightning, which means the vehicle is being charged.
Check the car’s charging socket (the green light should be lightning; if there is an orange light or no light at all, it means that the car is not being charged) and the information screen behind the steering wheel (it should indicate that the car is being charged with an indicated time left until fully charged).
Estonia:
Make sure the car is unlocked
Open the charger socket cover, which is located behind the rear door. If the cover does not open, click “Unlock” on the car key.
Charging the vehicle in ‘Eleport’ charging station:
Take the ‘Eleport’ charging card from the sun visor and tap it on the screen
Select either ‘CCS’ or ‘Type 2’ charging option and connect it to the car
Press ”start charging” to start the charging process
To make sure the car is charging, check the charging port to see, if there is a green light.
