Trip start fee of 0.44€ is included in the price calculation.
When reserving a car, you have two options:
· Choose a car, click on “Reserve,” and you will get a free 15-minute reservation, giving you access to the car for unlocking
· If you do not unlock the car within this 15-minute window, your reservation will automatically end unless you choose to pay for an extension.
If 15 minutes isn’t enough, you can extend your reservation for longer periods, but keep in mind:
· You can easily extend your reservation through the app after you’ve booked the car. Just click on Reservation and then select Extend.
· After the 15 minutes expire, the paid reservation time will begin. The cost per reserved minute is the same as the cost per minute when driving the car;
· You can extend the reservation for up to 24 hours;
· If you do not unlock the car by selecting “Unlock” in the app, the reservation will automatically end, and you will be charged for the time the reservation was active.
You can cancel a paid reservation at any time, and you will only be charged for the time used.
Once you’ve reached the car, click “Unlock” in the app. The car will unlock, and the keys will be inside the vehicle.

If the barrier did not open automatically, call the number indicated on the barrier.
If you had to pay for parking yourself, keep the receipt so we can reimburse you. To request a refund, follow this process.
If you’d like to use the car-sharing service, you’ll need to confirm the validity of your driver’s license.
You can do this in just a few minutes by following the steps in the ‘CityBee’ app. Open the app, choose Add driver’s license and enter your driver license number.
We now offer several ways to confirm your license:
Smart-ID or Mobile-ID
Available for users whose driver’s license can be verified through these electronic identification methods.
Uploading photos
If you prefer pictures, you can complete the process by taking a few photos directly in the app. You’ll be asked to:
1) Take a selfie;
2) Take a selfie while holding your driver’s license;
3) Take a photo of the front side of the document.
Whichever method you choose, please make sure your document is valid and undamaged. When taking photos ensure good lighting and that document is removed from any cover or case so your document number, personal identification number, and personal photo can be clearly seen.
Note: We accept only photocard driver’s licenses.

We offer prepaid trip packages that include fixed time with fixed kilometers.
By choosing prepaid packages, you will pay less than the usual fare with the same distance and time in the “pay as you go” option.
If you happen to exceed the kilometers and /or time included in the price of the package, you will be able to continue the journey safely.
After the prepaid package ends (mileage and time included are finished), you will be paying for additional minutes and/or kilometers as specified in the chosen package deal.
You can also continue your trip by purchasing one more additional prepaid package without completing the active reservation.
If you decide to end the trip before using the time and /or kilometers indicated on the prepaid package, this balance will not be refunded.
The price of the fixed prepaid package will be charged at the beginning of the trip and the price for the extra kilometers and/or time will be charged during or at the end of the journey, depending on the length of your trip.
A day mentioned in the trip packages is 24 hours.

Now you are able to customize the pre-paid packages yourself by selecting time and kilometers in the app. Choose the preferred duration of the package, then, select the number of kilometers you anticipate driving during that time. This way, you can tailor the pre-paid package to fit your specific needs and budget. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of customizing your own package!
At CityBee, we prioritize safety, both for our drivers and everyone on the road. If you happen to exceed the speed limit, we’ll call you or send you a notification to remind you to slow down.
However, if after receiving this notification you continue to exceed the speed limit, a fine specified in our Pricelist will be applied. This fine serves as a reminder to follow the rules of the road and keep your driving safe.
By respecting speed limits, you’re not only avoiding fines but also contributing to a safer experience for everyone. Let’s keep it safe and smooth on the roads!

If your country is not on the list – unfortunately, you will not be able to register.
Also, our system is unable to accept International Driver’s Permits/ Licenses.
